BLUE PHANTOM A metal cover is placed over a stack of seven checkers, one blue, six of another color.
The blue checker seems endowed with ghostly power as it jumps from the top of the stack to the middle or the bottom and bounces back again. All checkers are solid and separate. A most beautiful outfit

OWEN MIRACLE MIRROR The Owen Miracle Mirror is an original Owen proprietary item. A large mirror
enclosed in a beautiful rare wood frame is shown to be solid glass and passed out to the audience for inspection. The mirror is then placed in a flat cloth bag. A metal skewer is passed through the weave of
the cloth bag penetrating the glass from various angles of the bag. To further baffle the audience the mirror is bent in half. The mirror is removed from the bag and both the bag and glass can be inspected.

KARSON WRIST CHOPPER A beautiful fine wood two arm hole stocks is shown. A solid metal blade
with two holes cut in the center is shown for examination. A spectator is induced to place both of his arms through the holes in the wooden wrist stocks. The blade is then placed at the top slot of the
stocks. Suddenly the blade is pushed down, apparently passing through the spectator's wrists. The stocks are then disassembled showing the inside empty. The spectator's arms can also be handcuffed throughout
the presentation. A real mind boggler and an ingenious piece of Owen craftsmanship. |

MINIATURE CANNON A beautifully designed item for "shooting" small birds into another
location. A dove (or other small bird) is placed into the barrel of the cannon, which is then discharged resulting in a large puff of smoke out of the muzzle. The dove instantaneously reappears in one of our
many other fine effects (such as Owen's Crystal Dove Cote) across the stage! |
